We use buying power to negotiate WHOLESALE prices. We charge 25% of the annual projected saving when the contract starts and on subsequent anniversaries for multi-year contracts. NO SAVING-NO FEE Negotiation

As above plus we negotiate contracts, analyse monthly bills, refund errors & implement cheaper tariffs throughout the year. Saving on each bill shared 50/50. i.e. annual saving £10,000, our fee £416 monthly. NO SAVINGS-NO FEE Management

Our fee is fixed at 3% of your annual spend last year on each utility you want us to negotiate regardless of savings achieved. Note that in the unlikely event no savings are made the fixed fee is still charged. Fixed Fee
